2. Discuss the potential of a Special Service Area on 35th Street.  (Also spoke at November Monthly Meeting)

4. Board Recommendations

    - Hosting Aldermanic (Debate/Forum) for 3rd and 4th Wards [The GAP has done before]

    - Hosting Mayoral (Debate/Forum) [New idea ]

    - Logo Committee formation 

    - all recommendations are not listed 


5. Property Taxes up as high as 53%

           Cook County Assessor’s Office

             (Has been invited waiting on confirmation)
